Seating is Limited: YOUR REGISTRATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOU A SEAT. Createasphere reserves the right to refuse seating to anyone.

We will form two lines for each Intensive presentation and the Immersive Dome presentation: one for those pre-registered and VIPs, and one for those wishing to wait list. We suggest arriving 30 minutes before the program to save your place in line. At 15 minutes before the start time, we will seat VIPs and those pre-registered for the session. If there is space remaining, we will seat the wait list line until capacity is reached.

Privacy Policy: By supplying your contact information, you are authorizing Createasphere and its exhibitors/sponsors to contact you (via email, phone and/or mail) about their products and related services, including announcements of special promotions. You will have the opportunity to opt-out of future communications at that time.

Travel and Accommodations: Travel and accommodations are the sole responsibility of the attendee. As a courtesy, we have secured a discounted rate with our host hotel.

Age Restrictions: Createasphere events are for adults. No one under the age of 18 will be permitted attendance.

Photography: By attending a Createasphere event, you agree to be photographed, filmed, or recorded on tape or other media, and allow us to use your image in any manner or media for the purpose of advertising and promotion without compensation, further notice, or consent.

Recording or photographing Conference sessions, keynotes, lunches/receptions, or exhibits is strictly prohibited. Program handouts and/or recordings will be made available online after the event. By registering, you agree not to solicit vendors or exhibitors.

Special Assistance: If you require special assistance while attending the Conference, we kindly request that you provide us 48-hour notice so that we may make arrangements to accommodate your needs.
