If you wish to bring a guest (spouse/partner) you may add them for the cost of $100. Guest ticket is valid for: two lunches (Sept. 27-28), exhibits, and cocktail reception.

 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Privacy Policy: By supplying your contact information, you are authorizing Createasphere and its exhibitors/sponsors to contact you (via email, phone and/or mail) about their products and related services, including announcements of special promotions. You will have the opportunity to opt-out of future communications at that time.

Subject to Change: Speakers, times, and agenda are subject to change.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your attendance at the Conference, and can cancel 30 days prior to the start date, we will refund your tuition less a $150.00 administration fee. If you must cancel fewer than 30 days before the start of the Conference, we will refund 50% of your tuition. Alternately, you may transfer to another Createasphere Conference for full credit (one transfer per attendee per calendar year). Refunds or exchanges must be settled prior to the start of the Conference.

In the rare event Createasphere must cancel a Conference, we will notify you 15 days prior to the start of the Conference and will either transfer your registration to another event of equal value, or refund the full amount of your tuition. In the event of a cancellation, Createasphere is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or miscellaneous expenses.

Travel and Accommodations: Travel and accommodations are the sole responsibility of the attendee. As a courtesy, we have secured a discounted rate with our host hotel.

Age Restrictions: Createasphere events are for adults. No one under the age of 18 will be permitted attendance.

Photography: By attending a Createasphere event, you agree to be photographed, filmed, or recorded on tape or other media, and allow us to use your image in any manner or media for the purpose of advertising and promotion without compensation, further notice, or consent.

Recording or photographing Conference sessions, keynotes, lunches/receptions, or exhibits is strictly prohibited. Program handouts and/or recordings will be made available online after the event. By registering, you agree not to solicit vendors or exhibitors.

Special Assistance: If you require special assistance while attending the Conference, we kindly request that you provide us 48-hour notice so that we may make arrangements to accommodate your needs.
